This Cableteque AI Addendum ("Addendum") is entered into as of ________ ("Effective Date") by and between Cableteque Corp. ("Cableteque") and __________________________________ ("Licensee"). This Addendum is incorporated into and made part of the End User License Agreement (“EULA”). In the event of a conflict between this Addendum and the EULA regarding the Cableteque AI defined herein, this Addendum controls. By signing below, Licensee confirms it has read and understood these terms.

1. Cableteque AI Description

The Generative AI Features ("Cableteque AI") use Optical Character Recognition (OCR) and Generative AI, including Large Language Models (LLMs), to analyze Licensee-uploaded engineering drawings and technical documents and automatically populate a Bill of Materials (BOM), wires From-to-List (F2L), and make technical, sourcing, and other recommendations within the Cableteque platform.

The Cableteque AI is intended to reduce manual data-entry effort. It is not a substitute for qualified engineering judgment, design validation, quality inspection, or manufacturing certification.

Cableteque AI Opt-In is Required: The Cableteque AI Generative capabilities are disabled by default. Activation requires the Licensee's authorized account administrator to opt in and to execute this Addendum, constituting Licensee's acceptance of these terms.

Cableteque AI Opt-Out Option: An authorized administrator may disable Cableteque AI capabilities at any time via the Licensee's subscription.

2. Accuracy and Known Limitations

Important Notice: AI-generated output is for reference only. It does not constitute engineering certification, professional advice, or a guarantee of accuracy. All outputs must be reviewed and validated by a qualified person before use in any engineering, manufacturing, quoting, or procurement process.

Licensee acknowledges the following known limitations of the Cableteque AI:

• AI processing does not guarantee 100% accuracy. Output may be incomplete, incorrect, or contain missing items. No AI-generated output shall be treated as authoritative without qualified human review.

• Large or highly complex drawings (approximately over 4,000 square inches) may yield lower-accuracy results.

• Processing times vary. Complex files may take 30 minutes or longer.

• The Cableteque AI is in active development. Capabilities and behavior may change. Cableteque will provide reasonable advance notice of any change that materially reduces core functionality.

• The Cableteque AI does not perform engineering design validation, quality inspection, or manufacturing certification.

The limitations described in Section 2 constitute disclosures of known constraints on Cableteque AI's performance. They are not acceptance criteria, performance warranties, or service levels, and nothing in this Section 2 creates a representation that output falling within any stated parameter will be accurate, complete, or fit for any purpose.

3. Licensee Acknowledgments

By executing this Addendum, Licensee acknowledges and agrees that:

Cableteque AI is opt-in and disabled by default. Enablement requires an authorized administrator to accept the Cableteque AI Addendum. Licensee is responsible for review of AI outputs by a qualified person before those outputs are relied upon for quoting, engineering, design-validation, or other decisions. AI outputs are decision-support material and are not a substitute for qualified professional judgment.

• The review obligation stated above is absolute and applies to every AI-generated output, without exception, threshold, or carve-out, regardless of the output's confidence, completeness, or apparent quality.

• Licensee is solely responsible for evaluating whether any AI-generated output is accurate, complete, and suitable for its intended use.

• Licensee is solely responsible for any decisions, actions, or outcomes based on AI-generated output. Cableteque is not the decision-maker.

• Licensee shall ensure its authorized users are trained on the intended use and limitations of the Cableteque AI before use.

3.1 Regulated Content

Cableteque operates two separate environments. The Commercial environment supports ordinary commercial workloads. CabletequeGov supports CUI, CDI, and approved export-controlled workloads under applicable customer terms. Licensee remains responsible for determining whether its data is subject to CUI, CDI, ITAR, EAR, or other regulatory restrictions, for identifying such data before submission, and for ensuring that its users are appropriately authorized.

Submission of Regulated Content subject to CUI, CDI, or ITAR to the Cableteque AI requires a separate written CabletequeGov Compliance Addendum agreement between the Parties. Licensee should contact its Customer Success Manager before submitting any Regulated Content.

4. Data Handling

All data submitted to the Cableteque AI, including drawings, extracted BOM, F2L, technical data, and Commercial Data, is handled in accordance with Cableteque's AI & Data Policy and the applicable governing agreements. 5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cableteque shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from Licensee's use of or reliance on AI-generated output, including errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. Licensee assumes all risk associated with use of the Cableteque AI. All Licensor liability terms are governed by the End User License Agreement (EULA).

Except as expressly modified by this Addendum, all warranty disclaimers, limitations of liability, exclusions of damages, remedies, and other risk allocations set forth in the EULA apply in full to this Addendum and to Licensee's use of the Cableteque AI. Nothing in this Addendum creates a separate liability cap, indemnification obligation, or remedy.

6. General Provisions

This Addendum is governed by the same governing law as the End User License Agreement (“EULA”). Capitalized terms not defined herein have the meanings given to them in the EULA or the AI & Data Policy. If any provision of this Addendum is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. This Addendum, together with the EULA and the AI & Data Policy, constitutes the parties' complete agreement with respect to the Cableteque AI.
