Organization note. Document numbers reflect the standard Legal Hub organization and reading order. Legal precedence is governed by the Order of Precedence below.

Order of Precedence

In the event of a conflict, the document most specifically addressing the applicable subject matter controls, in the following order:

1. Mutually executed order forms, amendments, side letters, and customer-specific addenda, for the matters they address;

2. The CabletequeGov Compliance Addendum and the AI Feature Addendum, each with respect to its subject matter, with the CabletequeGov Compliance Addendum taking precedence with respect to the subject matter it addresses;

3. The EULA, with respect to all other contractual matters;

4. The AI & Data Policy and Privacy Notice, to the extent incorporated by reference; and

5. The Security & Compliance Overview, which is informational and does not create independent contractual commitments.

Confidentiality. The Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement governs confidentiality obligations unless a more specific executed agreement controls the particular subject matter.

Negotiated agreements. Where the parties have executed a negotiated agreement in place of the standard EULA, that agreement governs.

Compliance Status

CabletequeGov current status. CabletequeGov was approved as FedRAMP Ready on July 27, 2026, and is listed on the FedRAMP Marketplace (Package ID FR2620331565). Following the FedRAMP program's 2026 transition, the Marketplace identifies the offering as Legacy FedRAMP Ready at the Class C (Moderate) level. An independent FedRAMP Moderate Equivalency assessment with Ignyte Assurance Platform is in progress.

What that means. Legacy FedRAMP Ready is not a FedRAMP Certification and is not completed FedRAMP Moderate Equivalency. Customers are responsible for determining, based on their applicable contracts, regulatory obligations, intended data, assessment requirements, and risk posture, whether CabletequeGov's then-current compliance status is appropriate for their use.

Where to find details. Current assessment status, available evidence, and Cableteque's shared-responsibility model are described in the Security & Compliance Overview and, for CabletequeGov customers, the CabletequeGov Compliance Addendum.
